Passover

<p>It's all in the potato. Our chefs shred yukon gold potatoes with thinly sliced yellow onions before seasoning and adding rich vital eggs. We then hand-shape each latke and pan fry them to a deep golden brown. Served best with our house-made heirloom apple sauce and crème fraîche.</p>
